Monarch Virtual Assisting LLC was founded to provide busy executives, growing businesses, and non-profit organizations with remote administrative and digital marketing support on a flexible and customized basis.

Meet the Founder

Olivia Bacon is a skilled and well-rounded administrative professional, who knows the importance of time management. With over ten years in several administrative roles, Olivia turned her expertise into a small business.

She holds a degree in Business Marketing from the University of South Florida. She uses her knowledge to passionately build business relationships and provide trusted support in managing their overwhelming day-to-day tasks efficiently and effectively. 

Olivia has become an asset and resource to many of her clients by contributing to mutual business growth and success. When she is not behind her laptop working, she can be found traveling the world with her husband or volunteering to help people learn about the Bible.
